Kung Fu Panda is a movie-based game which embarks on Po’s adventure. Po is a clumsy, lazy and always hungry panda who has always dreamt of fighting alongside his heroes. He is surprisingly chosen to become a Dragon Warrior and to fight alongside his idols, the Furious Five – Tigress, Crane, Mantis, Viper and Monkey. With the evil snow leopard – Tai Lung – on his way, Po – under the supervision of Master Shifu – must turn his dreams into a reality and protect his city from danger.

Get ready to start your engines once again as yet another EA racing game is released. This time it’s the motor sport where you only go in one direction–left. Yes, you guessed it; it’s NASCAR (National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing). It may only be Summer 2008 but EA Sports are revved up and ready for the new season. NASCAR 09 is the twelfth instalment of the series which began in 1997 on the PlayStation and SEGA Saturn. Eleven years on and it seems people are still enjoying driving in circles…

After the huge success of LEGO Star Wars and LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy in 2005 and 2006 respectively, it seemed stupid for LucasArts not to capitalize on the LEGO game franchise and in 2007, they announced LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures. Around the same time, Warner Bros. announced they would be bringing LEGO Batman to consoles in late 2008. The first of the two has been released coinciding with the latest Indiana Jones film, Kingdom of the Crystal Skull so grab your hat, pick up your whip, cue the music and read on to discover whether LEGO Indy should be swinging its way into your games collection or left in the snake pit.

Robert Ludlum’s The Bourne Conspiracy is a third-person action game developed by High Moon in conjunction with the Bourne scriptwriter, Tony Gilroy. The Bourne franchise started back in 1980 when the first novel, The Bourne Identity, was released – which in 2002 became an award winning movie. Now in 2008, the Bourne franchise hits the next-generation of gaming, expanding on the already established series.
